We only list high quality merchandise in fantastic condition on our website and provide detailed descriptions on all items. However, if upon receipt, you find that the item does not meet your expectations, that’s alright. You don't need to justify your decision to return it. Simply return the item within 14 days of purchase in the same condition it was sent, and we will refund the full cost, guaranteed. Please notify us as soon as you can if you if you decide to return an item, and use a fully insured, fully tracked, signed-for shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the item is in the same condition as when it left us, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
